There is no amount of "avoidance" that can counter the fact they genetically are producing less testosterone than the generation before them, who are producing less testosterone than the generation before them, who are producing less tesosterone than the generation before them, who are producing less testosterone than the generation before them. It's an environmental issue, it's a genetic issue that is being passed down from the mother to children, and it's an epidemic that nobody wants to talk about.

If the average person in 1950 was starting at 100, the average person today is probably somewhere at 50, each generation has degraded downward...nothing they can do when they are starting at 2/3 or half of what somebody born in 1950 was starting with. Yes, "avoiding" things might help them go from 30 to 48, but they still have a maximum of 50...that's not helping them get back to 100...it's sadly not possible for many these days, and it's not right.
Some men today have adequate testosterone. Diet can improve it, trust me. We're not born with it like eggs. We produce it in our testicles.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Some men today have adequate testosterone. Diet can improve it, trust me. We're not born with it like eggs. We produce it in our testicles.
Some do of course, but on average the levels have been dropping since 1950 and will continue to drop. Yes, diet and exercise can improve it, but only to a certain point.
