I have a crush on a girl who works at a coffee shop around here. I've seen her there for two years and only talked to her once (extremely briefly). This is partly because she has a ring on her left ring finger. The thing is that I've never actually heard her talk about being married or having a boyfriend. I've never asked her if she was married because I thought it would be inappropriate. What are the odds that her ring means she's taken?

Taken? The only thing is (if it is a marriage ring, which i don't know where its meant to be worn on or which hand), she was taken into state registration. She as person as an individual isn't owned by anything but herself.Stavrogin said:

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
