I hate to sound like an SJW, but virginity really is a social/psychological construct for the most part. You can lose your virginity with any sexual act you want to deem losing it (the only caveat is that it's got to be with another person of course).

I guess in anatomical/physical terms, the breaking of the hymen is typically the loss of virginity for a woman, and penile penetration is the loss of it for a man. But I read recently that sometimes the hymen remains intact the first time a woman has sex and in some women it doesn't break for years...so again, it's mostly a philosophical/personal thing.
