Hmm. I thought morning wood was caused by the elevated testosterone and HGH levels during the early morning hours.

I have no idea as to why you weren't still ready to go after you took a leak....

Definitely a "false alarm" that morning wood. Would not count on it initially. Fortunately, my girl made things right and she went to work very satisfied... :)

Usually takes me a half hour to wake up and a cup of coffee before I'm good to go.

Guys, stop beating it for a month and you'll have erections like you did in high school. i think this "Males sexual peak at 18" thing is just bollocks. It comes from the fact that at 28 you've been massively overdraining your system for 10 years by knocking one out morning and night.

Less wanking helps, keep it as a last resort. What also helps is working out; and I don't mean Ironman stuff. In fact, when I used to run hard it negatively impacted wood attainment. RUn a little bit (5-10 minutes a day every day) and lift a little bit (10 minutes a day every day) and you'll be fine. Losing weight never hurt either.

I don't know what happened. my gf says because i took that piss was the problem.

i've had no problems since then.

matter of fact, i've been eating healthier lately (fish, fruit, veggies, etc), my stuff is better than ever. i recommend everyone to eat your fruits and veggies everyday and mix in come clams, mussels, oysters every so often.

I've noticed I can fvck longer when I'm well rested, especially when I first wake up. It doesn't matter if it's the morning or the middle of the night, or just a quick cat nap. Something about sleep greatly improves the ability to acquire and maintain a good erection.

Most of you guys are younger and not too worried about this stuff yet, but I can assure you, at age 49, I'm paying attention to what works for me.
