"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Some stuff happened in my life related to family and my job. I lost my job and I got some small debts with my bills. I had to quit my job because my business parter was forced to stop funding the project.

Now I'm back home, forced to sell my car. I don't gamble any more for about 2 months now but I started to play on my playstation a lot. I don't work out, gained 15 kilo's and became fat again. I used to work out 5 times a week, that was my addiction, and had great succes with women, ejoying them. Now I don't have any plates, stay at home because I gained a lot of weight and I just can't go out running and eating clean, I stay in the same f8cked up pattern. I need my motivation back to get my self on the rail again and find a job and graduate (only 1 year left at school to get my bachelor degree).

Any tips, suggestions how to get motivation back to work out again. I just lost a lot in a short time. I invested about 15K in a project with big potential but my business partner left to Spain and has his own problems so I lost my funds..

Maybe this will sound lame to some of you guys. But I had a BMW 3 series from 2010, and it annoys me that I can only buy back a small ugly car and have to start all over again. Work out, save money, and get back at school...

I found a lot of support in the history on this forum I hope I can get a wake up call again to get back on track.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I could call my father to borrow me 2K or 3K to get rid of my bills and buy a small car probably, but I don't know if this will help me. All thoughts are welcome boys...

You force yourself to do the things you don't want to. Have reasonable expectations. Once you gain momentum it'll be a little easier.

Start with the easy stuff first. Losing weight won't cost you anything. Just eat less and start to exercise. This will boost your self esteem. Then you can start on the other issues.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
