need some help and tips how i can make more friends guys or girls doesnt matter that can be good and trustworthy and that i can get to go out with.

Whats best places easiest and quickest ways to do this? Help appreciated

Negative....

Start hanging out at places u like to be at. Slowly...u will be seen and then just coincidentally meet people if you first say hi.

Example....i like to jog at this place but i have to take the train there. Over time since i keep up with that activity and schedule i run into people who are on similar paths. Then i approach. Then u have to hang out with ur new friend to see if hes cool. Like i took this dude out for drinks and girls. But turns out hes more boring and talks about his ex. So next lol.

Seriously...imagine a world with no cell phones and you want to make an acquaintance. How would you do it?
Babies know how. Just smile and be ur glorious self. Put away everything that is false like ur negative mind...unnecessary worries...and be thankful you dont have a learning disability that would be super hard to make friends.

Get yourself a genuine hobby you will enjoy, you'll meet like minded people.

I think anybody can use more friends. However, you do that, if you have trouble doing that, by working on yourself internally, which can take some time.

Go on a solo trip to some city you've never been to and stay at a hostel. Seems counter intuitive but you'll be forced to talk to people and you'll literally meet people from all over the world. It's truly an eye opening experience.
