"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I find this forum interesting.
I like someone at where I work.
I known her for 1yr 1/2 but as a co-worker, never really interacted , she has guy friends ( co workers).
I never really noticed her until a friend visiting me noticed her cute.
I kindah started liking her since she is the best of the group where we work.
(5 wks ago).
We went on a trip recently to miami as a field trip 2wks ago.
I tried approaching her and she would avoid eye contact or being around me.
in the whole trip.
We went to a club and i asked her to dance since she was siitng while all of cooworkers were having fun, and she said no.,She sat the whole time.
I see her everyday mon. -fri . I give her space, so i won't be in her face.

I don't understand her, I want to try to challenge myself .

I am bit confused since in 8 months she will be going back to her hometown for good.
the cocowrkers are getting together again on wednesday night I know she will be there.

i wouldn't want to let this pass without trying , guys please help me.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Dude, you asked her to dance and she said no. She's probably not interested. Forget about her. There's plenty more fish in the sea. If she tries to initiate contact with you...punch her in the face. jp. The thought was just funny to me and I felt like typing it. If she tries to initiate contact with you then we can reevaluate. And I'm talking about REAL contact, not just some stupid bulls.hit offhand comment. I'm talking if she starts flirting with you or something. Got it?

I 've been wating for her to talk to me, she does but very limited and short.
more work related. I try to keep eye contact and firm tone, polite when this happens. A friend of mine who knows her better told me that she is immature and stupid.
How should I hold my position with her ?
