"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

(DAY OF DATE) Her - So apparently I've met your brother and now I feel weird going to your house
Me - Didn't think you were coming. I already made plans

I said that to deflect the flake but I think it was pretty obvious with my words that I was expecting her to flake. I think I conveyed feminine uncertain energy with my text. Is there anyway she could possibly be attracted to me? I think I made myself look insecure and not confident. Honestly, by the looks of it, how insecure and not confident? Would a reframe even be possible?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I've never said anything this bad before. It'd be helpful for me to get a female perspective on how this would get interpreted...

She could see it as teasing.

She could see it as pvssyfooting.

It all depends on how you act in person.

If his had to make a post about it, then reply to the post because no one posted.

Then shes gonna see it as pvssyfooting.

Seriously OP, if you knew she was gonna flake, why bother wasting your time on her in the first place.

On a site designed for men?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
