presently, me and my co-worker has a good conversation and doing fine. many signs of attraction i felt with her (she laugh when i make her laugh....eye contact with a smile..etc....).

we cannot chat a lot at our office because we have jobs to cope with. in that case, i want to take her out and talk about something else so that we could get to know each other.

the problem is, how can i tell her to go out (watch movies, dinner.... etc) or anything that would have a long conversation.

what is the best approach should i do?

I would suggest going window shopping downtown, something fun like that. There would be lots of interesting shops to spur conversation, etc, etc. Artsy crap like that is always fun, plus you get to be walking with her having a good conversation.
