She probably wanted to figure out where YOUR headspace was concerning you and she, so she tells you something is bothering her, but doesn't tell you what, hoping you will ask and, therefore, open the conversation, paving the way for her to have the "what are 'we' " conversation.

That or something else is bothering her, unrelated to you, and she probably wanted you to ask her what was up.

Send her a text saying "feeling better?" And see what you get in reply.
