I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

1)BCAA
2)Citruline malate
3)Arginine aakg
4)L-glutamine

I was thinking to mix 5gr citruline and 3gr arginine and add 10gr BCAA and 5gr glutamine as a pre workout, or maybe the ratio arginine/citruline can be 1:1?

Then 5gr glutamine and other 10gr BCAA added to my whey post workout.

What do you think for both pre and post workout?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

3g Citrulline and 3g Arginine should be plenty..I'd take another dose of that before bed...well, actualy you need to find out what the ratio of Citrulline to Malate is. If its 2:1 then the 5g would be good to get 3g Citrulline...

Personally I take L-Citrulline free-form, not bound to anything else.

BCAA and Glutamine looks fine, although I'm partial to EAA's versus BCAA's
