I have a porn addiction

I have a porn addiction, and i think it's going to get in my way to becoming a Don Juan. I need help stopping this addiction. Help please.

All guys whack off. That's a fact of life.

The big question is this -

Does your addiction for porn, and whacking off disrupt your life?

If no, then relax, and do whatever it is you do...

If yes, then are really only three ways to deal with it.

1. Stop cold turkey. Delete all you porn from the computer. Throw out the magazines, and DVDs... JUST STOP. Keep yourself occupied doing something else.
Cold turkey method is hard. Takes alot of willpower.

2. Continue to whack off, and watch porn, but start to pace yourself. For the first week, only once a day as opposed to twice a day. Then once every other day. Then once every three days.... you get the idea. Eventually the in between break period will be long enough that you will no longer be whacking off at all.

3. Pace yourself. Once or twice a week is normal. No matter what though, control yourself and only allow yourself that one or two times a week...
