dang buddy, don't you think you are being harsh on yourself? Instant gratification and quick results are one thing your body cant produce when it comes to exercising. don't hate yourself for being something many americans strive to be- skinny.

thats so true!!, i still love them. Lately i have been waking up in the morning and making myself scrambled eggs before i eat/cook anything else. The smell of eggs scrambled in the morning wakes me up.

Hey man, I was in the same boat as you a few years ago. Graduated high school at 120 lbs, went to college and found the weight room. The best thing about starting skinny, is that you're NOT going to get fat from working out, and the muscle you put on looks huge. I'm 5'8 165 now and I think I have the (not to sound ****y, but...)perfect guy body. You'll get there through hard work and lots of food. Go to IronAddicts.com and check out there routines. Also look through some on here. Hard work will get u where u want to go.

I saw a really hot Italian girl with a skinny guy today, I think European girls prefer skinny guys than American women do.

I used to be skinny and have bulked up a fair bit in the past 2 years, seems to get less attention off girls but have way more confidence, odd.

I can't be too harsh on myself. But I do have confidence problems mainly because of my body image.

Go to a nude beach a few times, that will sort your body exposure phobia out.
Come on, lots of successful leaders have been skinny, and Arnold is fat not. Just enjoy the progress of becoming better, if you dont enjoy it then the end result wont please you either.

What is your height and weight? Unless you're truly skinny, why worry about it?
