"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I will go back and read the whole thread but things have changed alot now so it may be nothing you have done. Things are just bad now.

they can always get better but we are living in very strange times. Its getting harder to find anyone who can maintain a normal conversation anymore

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

only strategy that I saw working in the last maybe 2 years is being sexual + building rapport enough so she feels ok sleeping with you

too much rapport before sex and very likely things will go south

You can put a wig, most women will not make the difference
Not sure Sosuave does well with the good looking ladies, the assumptions on Sosuave are high.

Maybe Sosuave does well with single mothers and fat women.

Rock on!

That's true.

It's been some days since that post. I think it was about aesthetic reasons. Creatine does exactly what it advertises, including on the head/face.
Only if you take excess amounts that don't get incorporated. Which is why you should be taking 2-3g a day and not 5 and definitely not ever loading which is unnecessary.

And if 2-3g a day still cause problems that is more of a problem with your workout routine than creatine because it means you are fooling yourself into thinking you are working hard when you aren't.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

I dont know man. This sounds a bit like a cope.

Why would the human body differentiate between body parts? How come there are typically two types of people in the gym?

1) very lean and got a strong jawline
2) not-so-lean and bloated face

It seems odd to me that the tolerance is kind of low for so many people above 20-25. That's why I'm blaming high-salt and creatine, which have become seemingly obligatory for serious gym goers worldwide. It makes people look "buff" for better or worse.

The exception to this rule are very young people. They are just winging it even if they go hard at the gym. They often get very sharp facial features out of this.

Some will say genetics. Some will say its age. I say it's partly because of the lack of supplements. That's why it works as far as aesthetics go. But again, it depends on the priorities someone has. Nothing wrong with using creatine.

A lot of people don't realize how much gaining weight effects your face. With a shirt on people can't tell, but your face will look considerably worse with high body fat (and you'll be giving off bitchy vibes from the higher estrogen too).
Unless you're very skinny - cutting down body fat percentage is the best thing men can do asap to radically improve their physical appearance. As noted, this will make you much more attractive in the face (clothes will also fit better) and is very feasible with some discipline.

In my experience: diet is at least 70-80% of the equation and the rest is just staying active.

i think what happens is too much conversation and comfort building now doesn’t work as well in this short attention span era so that may explain your experience as well

No it's basic physiology. Creatine helps to transport energy out of the mitochondria to replace ATP and shuttle it to the muscle fibers where it's actually used.

Working out depletes creatine and the amount is directly correlated to the intensity and duration of the workout as more ATP is required to be shuttled which uses more creatine to do so.

This would be like asking why more gas is used when you rev your engine faster or drive farther. It's common sense why.

The issue is that people take more creatine than they need because your body only incorporates enough to top off creatine stores inside the cells and then the excess sits outside the cells and pulls water where it causes bloating. Similar to if you decided to just keep pumping gas when your tank was full and it just spilled all over the ground or around the fuel tank on the vehicle.

Your response tells me you don't understand basic principles of physiology or workout science. Creatine is one of the most widely studied supplements and it's benefits are very well known. There is a small population that it doesn't seem to work well for whatever reason, but for the vast majority of people the benefits are real and the side effects are directly related to supplying more than the muscles can incorporate.

I'm just stating my observations. It's not like I ever did in debt research on creatine, neither have I used some fancy jargon to give the impression.

That's all there is to it. Your argument in a nutshell is "people tend to use way too much," which I agree with. But then why not get it naturally if you don't need that much anyway and have the money for it? Matter of fact, doing it naturally would be financially untenable for the average person. Like I was saying, nothing wrong with creatine.

Reading science stuff about creatine has been quite a while ago for me, but I remember coming to the following conclusion:

"3g is optimal. Less daily creatine will have a negative impact on gains. More than 3g of artificial creatine will accumulate subtile bloat for most people over the course of years.

My trail of thought continued with something like this:

"If the body synthesizes 1-2g on its own daily, only another 1-2g external input would be needed. Assuming the nutrition input is constant every single day, this is possible. Therefore, artifical creatine isn't even necessary to achieve 100% results in gains, strictly speaking. But never mind that, from an aesthetic point of view, refusing creatine will be superior concerning the face."

In other words, the risk of bloating can be completely eliminated without compromising at all. But again, this is assuming it's financially sustainable. High-quality organic food is expensive, especially in such quantities. In my opinion, this is the main reason creatine even got so popular.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Yeah I said nothing about lifting lol. Exercise is for strength and conditioning not weight management. I strongly believe that 95-100% of your body comp comes down to diet. Hell, you can have a low body fat % and not even exercise.

I will maintain being as lean as possible is the best move, even if it means sacrificing some potential muscle/strength. And when it comes to attraction especially, it's better to have low muscle mass with low body fat than it is to be strong/muscular with high body fat. Obviously if you can be muscular with low body fat that's ideal but you can only take that so far.

Once you establish where you want your baseline strength and fitness to be it really just comes down to maintaining that, then you can focus all your efforts on improving your diet so you can get more lean.
I think this is used to be talked about a lot back in the day known as "Inner Game" I can attest I was at my best game wise when my confidence was sky high. Also notice a pattern whenever I have things going on in life i.e. stress, work etc. It also resonates outside. I will say being in shape does wonders for your game but I remember at one point I lost weight and I was getting far more girls when I was chubby ha ha

Being underfed will spike cortisol too. I'm lean af now and have to manage food intake very carefully around events.
