Only if you take excess amounts that don't get incorporated. Which is why you should be taking 2-3g a day and not 5 and definitely not ever loading which is unnecessary.
And if 2-3g a day still cause problems that is more of a problem with your workout routine than creatine because it means you are fooling yourself into thinking you are working hard when you aren't.
I dont know man. This sounds a bit like a cope.
Why would the human body differentiate between body parts? How come there are typically two types of people in the gym?
1) very lean and got a strong jawline
2) not-so-lean and bloated face
It seems odd to me that the tolerance is kind of low for so many people above 20-25. That's why I'm blaming high-salt and creatine, which have become seemingly obligatory for serious gym goers worldwide. It makes people look "buff" for better or worse.
The exception to this rule are very young people. They are just winging it even if they go hard at the gym. They often get very sharp facial features out of this.
Some will say genetics. Some will say its age. I say it's partly because of the lack of supplements. That's why it works as far as aesthetics go. But again, it depends on the priorities someone has. Nothing wrong with using creatine.
