I got De-Alpha'ed

Dont know how else to put this, but lately with stress and family matters piling up on top of me, I've been having trouble focusing on myself. I guess this other guy in my group saw whats happening and took advantage of this opportuniy to become the alpha male of the group. Now i gotta pull myself together and get back my position again. Any inputs or advice?

If you are going to be head of the group again, dispose ofthis guy with respect. I don't mean respect in any way other than don't be a jerk and belittle him or just blatantly insult him or anything. Show the group you're the guy to follow by showing the best leadership skills, and DJ stuff and all that.

Wait until nobody is looking, and then say "hey, otherguy, let's go out back and smoke some dope." or whatever excuse you want. Then just go outside and hide behind a corner. When he comes walking around, hit him in the head and push him down. Sit on his chest and make him eat dirt! Laugh at him and call him a little baby. Don't leave any marks.

Then you go back inside, and act like nothing happened. If he says something just be like "hey man I was just playing around!" "I dont see the big deal" **** like that. act like he's crazy. This will make you feel MUCH better.

and if the other guy is anything like me, he'd hit you back and hurt you badly right then and there for being a two-faced b*stard.

Don't mean to flame you, but this is not good advice.

Once I joined a camp, and there were 2 very popular kids. Me & some other kid. I knew that we could either be united, or divided.

I seriously went up to him and said, "Hey listen man, if we own this camp together, we can have a lot of fun. Or we can do our own seperate thing and it won't be as cool. You down with being partners?"

He just told me, "F*ck you cracka." (He's black, I'm white, He's a racist.)

So I laughed it off, and did my alpha thing and had a beautiful time.
He on the other hand... did not.
His popularity faded when he was negative.
The DJ/Alpha will always be FUN to be around. Remember this, and Succeed.

Thanks guys these advices are great. We are currently on a two weeks christmas break. Im gonna take advantage of this time and straighted myself up again.
