Bars and clubs are bad and tinder lol. Is Okcupid and POF really where it is at? Everybody only hangs out with their high school/county cliques in college.

Chicks are literally everywhere. The grocery store, farmers markets, pet stores, dressed up as cosplay girls at comic book conventions, Barnes and Noble, the fem hy section of Walgreens, and of course just walking up and down the street.
However, I think you want to know where you can find women en masse and those places are bars, restaurants, lounges, your local mall and of course the club. What you're going to have to do is do a series of reconnaissance missions find out where the popping spots are in your area or you're going to have to post in So Suave's or another site's wingman forum.

The only caveat I might add is that the best place might not necessarily be the busiest or have the best ratio. Sometimes you can go to a busy place that is 80 percent women and do very poorly because they are too worried about what their friends in their large group might think of you. And busy means more distractions and more dudes for her to choose from. Sometimes the best bar or club or restaurant or lounge or whatever to hook up from is one that is very slow and the women are bored.

Stating the obvious but to meet girls you have to approach.

Sometimes during the year they are just not out...like during finals week. But that's when I kinda take my focus and energy on doing more workouts or just improving my wardrobe or what not
but when I find that I'm wondering where all the pretty girls are at, I hit up a strip club for an hour...that gets my visual fix and then I just start approaching anyone around with a smile on my face.
basically I try not to get down in the dumps because "there are no girls around".
its also a good reminder to not hesitate or be shy because you never know when there's a dry spell around the corner.

There are plenty of girls, but they are all in groups and look unapproachable. If they date somebody, 9 times out of ten the dude is from her high school or something
