Abs are probably thee most important part of the body. I mean they drive women crazy. But i just HATE ab workouts, they burn like a b!tch and they take for fvcken ever to appear then i have to diet right and RUN i mean wtf. THERE HAS to be an easier wayyyyyyyyy. Do crunches and sit ups and all these ab workouts get my heart pumping like i just jogged in a marathon and they leave me feeling extremely light headed.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I treat abs like almost all other (small) muscles. I work them out twice a week and do 4 sets of weighted crunches 4 them, so I do like 25 crunches for the first set, 15 for the 2nd, 10 for the 3rd and 4th or whateva and soon as Ill be able to do more of them Ill just add weight. For the lower abs I do leg raises and soon as Ill be able to do over 30 of them Ill add some weight...Anyways my point is if u do sets of 100 situps or whateva its boring as shyt, if u treat em (almost) like all the other muscle groups and dont do too many reps they're not really boring.

However you have to have a lower body fat percentage if u want to see them than u have for other muscles because men usually gain most of the fat they gain in the stomach area.
