"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I have minor gyno - puffy nipples - and I don't like taking off my shirt. My gf of 2 weeks said earlier, "i noticed you never take off your shirt, are you hiding something". Actually, yes - it does not look good. I am not overweight, in fact I am in good shape and quite muscular, but the gyno is very annoying and can be depressing. Should I just expect her to like me anyway, and not worry too much about what she thinks? This may seem trivial to some, but it is very damaging personally.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I have gyno too..... Change it, nuff said is my way to it. But while I'm changing it, doesn't mean I should feel bad about it. Go to eBay, type into search gynocomastia or whatever you smell it right, or search by seller for gc2_compression. He sells gyno vests that look very well under shirt, and give you added boost in confidence. If you wear XL then buy L or even M, they have a tendancy to get larger with washing.

You can reduce gynocomastia, there are pills for it, but I haven't taken any so can't tell you they any good. http://www.gynexin.com/

Here is another good resource http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&sa=X&oi=spell&resnum=0&ct=result&cd=1&q=gynecomastia&spell=1

As to for how I over come it? First of all, I don't take my shirt off, don't go to the beach. It's ok to take off shirt with a chick when playing, then I don't care what she thinks, but outside, screw that.

Presently I neither have money for pills nor surgery, but a vest I can afford.

Hasn't that thing fvcked up your life from the early on?

It's very annoying. I cannot wait to get the surgery - I will get a loan, whatever it takes, the money is worth it but I - or anyone else - should not have to go through this ****

Gyno can be so DEPRESSING, man. I understand where you're coming from. There's a support forum that can be easily found through a search on google for "gynocomastia forums"..

Just take comfort in knowing that your condition is fixable, and you're lucky you can say that you're functioning in life without disease, terminal illness, or any other depression that plagues hospitals daily.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
