been on NC for 4-5 weeks I think. Haven't tried to talk to her, but we snapchat occasionally. idk if that counts. I went on her fb and now I want to burrow my head in the deepest pillow right now. Punish me.

Stop Snap Chatting her, too. You don't know if it counts? NC stands for no contact. No contact means NO CONTACT. So obviously it counts.

Start again. You need to delete and block her if necessary (sounds like you might use Facebook a lot) and get into other things and other people.

No snap chats/ no looking at her FB profile...no calling texting...no running into her...dont even look at photos of her that u may have....nothing, its the only way to recover...if you are not moving foward you are moving backwards....so stick to it dude!!!!

My suggestion to you is to delete YOUR facebook.

The best two options in my opinion are either this ^, or have a Facebook that you don't use, or that you use every 2 months or so. If you don't use it like the vast majority of people do (for hours a day!!!) it can be a great tool for showing high value.

With Facebook, look but don't touch. They are just pictures. Dude, she doesn't know you look at her stuff. I check out all my exes once in awhile just to see what they look like now. If they don't want to be seen, they would BLOCK YOU and wouldn't even have a profile to begin with.

There isn't an app or plugin or ANYTHING which lets you know who visits your page...it's Facebook's policy...so don't worry.

I wouldn't Snap Chat or anything like that. No Contact, No Interaction.
