"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

been on NC for 4-5 weeks I think. Haven't tried to talk to her, but we snapchat occasionally. idk if that counts. I went on her fb and now I want to burrow my head in the deepest pillow right now. Punish me.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Consider yourself lucky I know a dude from high school who nearly killed himself because he decided to " Facebook stalk" his ex and stumbled upon a photo of her and her new man kissing.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Stop Snap Chatting her, too. You don't know if it counts? NC stands for no contact. No contact means NO CONTACT. So obviously it counts.

Start again. You need to delete and block her if necessary (sounds like you might use Facebook a lot) and get into other things and other people.

When you go NC the person shouldn't exist in your mind anymore. You can't facebook stalk a person that doesn't exist.

Well don't snapchat her consistently. Like she sent me a selfie and I didn't reply to it for like 3 days. I mainly lurk on fb and rarely post shvt.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

No more keyboard jockeying . Action is the place.
What guy Facebook stalks, dude come on. That's such a woman thing to do. Grow a pair of fvcking balls , get out there and see how the green the grass is on this side. Get off Facebook, go out, find some interesting places or things to do and indulge yourself in life.

If I see another thread that sounds like it was, or should be , written by a woman complaining I'll freak out.

You should not have any time to Facebook stalk because you should be out spending time destroying another woman's vagina.

My suggestion to you is to delete YOUR facebook.
The best two options in my opinion are either this ^, or have a Facebook that you don't use, or that you use every 2 months or so. If you don't use it like the vast majority of people do (for hours a day!!!) it can be a great tool for showing high value.

With Facebook, look but don't touch. They are just pictures. Dude, she doesn't know you look at her stuff. I check out all my exes once in awhile just to see what they look like now. If they don't want to be seen, they would BLOCK YOU and wouldn't even have a profile to begin with.

There isn't an app or plugin or ANYTHING which lets you know who visits your page...it's Facebook's policy...so don't worry.

I wouldn't Snap Chat or anything like that. No Contact, No Interaction.
