"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

i usually don't have a problem getting to 3rd base, but after that, if the girl wants to go further, little tom won't get up. I'm only 25 years old. Unless i'm really personal with the girl, i can't get up. And when i do get up, it's really never that hard. Only once in awhile. maybe it's the pressure of performing, maybe i masturbate too much. I need alot of mental stimulus. Only person that was able to get me up easily without that was my ex. is there a way i can change this...don't say viagra either.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

It might be due to performance anxiety on your part.

Get her to engage you in more foreplay. Its her responsibility to pleaure you as well and not just spread her legs.

I have had these problems myself. Make sure you're fit and healthy, get plenty of sleep and lay off the cigarettes and the booze (though one or two drinks will help relax you).

You just have to relax, lie back and stop worrying, close your eyes if it helps, just concentrate on the good feelings you're getting from kissing, foreplay etc. Don't rush and don't let HER rush you either.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I've also got a pet theory about not being able to get it up - I think a lot of it comes down to expectation.

Eg most of the time you get hard by the EXPECTATION of sex - ie thinking about it when you CAN'T have it. It's like anything else - the smell of coffee can be tantalisingly wonderful but when you finally get a cup you think...well...it's just coffee really.

Same with sex. If you don't have it often, you build up all sorts of frenzied expectations about how brilliant it will be, but this is all in your head. When you've finally got a woman waiting underneath you, the 'conquest' is over and it becomes difficult to 'connect' with the reality of the situation. It can almost be a disappointment.

This is why you need to refocus on the great sensations you are getting - how she looks, smells, feels, tastes, and how she's making you feel.

I also have problems peeing in a public lavatory when other men are standing near me. The more I worry the worse it gets. But if I just relax, forget about the surroundings and concentrate on how good the relief will feel. It's the same with sex I think. When you start worrying about getting it up, it's time to forget about it and just enjoy the sensations you are getting.
