I dunno whats with me lately.
I'm just tired all the time. I eat sensibly (my diet at the moment is the most balenced & healthy it's ever been) & I'm getting plenty of sleep (around 9-10 hours a night).

I got fired from my job a few weeks ago, so i've got loads of free time to do what i want. At first it was great, & i was really making the most of it.

but now.. It's like, i just can't be bothered to do anything. I take my dog for a walk everyday, & i used to race her around the woods & get a good exercise out of it. Now, i run a little bit, but i give up after a short disatance.

In the day i keep saying "i'll work out tonight", but when it comes to it, i'm either too tired, or it's too humid, or theres something on TV i want to watch, or i'll start stretching or warming up, & i'm not all there & my hearts just not in it, etc.

I'm yawning all the time, it's like i'm only half awake all day. When watching TV my attention goes elsewhere. I can't be bothered to read anymore. I've now gone back to playing my PS2 as thats the only thing i have the energy for.

What the hell is wrong with me?
What can i do to break away from this?

Make a schedule. Post it on your wall. When you workout, put a checkmark on your schedule. Sooner or later, there will be an abundance of checkmarks or none. Then it will be up to you to make a decision about how bad you really want to be in shape.

I had the same problem man, basically there arnt enough things to do so you get lazy and sit on your arse. And trust me after 1 week you feel bad and know your not doing anything. My suggestion is to go take up a hobbie, like brazilian juijitsu or a sport. Just something that will take up time, since you have so many free hours you delay things, when you have a busy schedual you get more done, since you HAVE to prioritize to achieve anything. So basically go learn something or get involved in a group or sport to add time, and then you will get back into gym.:cheer:

if you have the money than not working is the best thing you can have for bodybuilding.

-as much rest as you need/want
-no stress
-you can make a perfect diet if it is bulking or cutting doesnt matter. think about it...can you concentrate on learning while on always full of food, hardly!can you work a hard physical labor job while on a low calorie low carbs diet??hardly!can you plenty of healthy food every 2hours while working?hardly!also you dont have ****faces complaining about your different foods

USE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD UP YOUR BODY WHAT THE **** IS WRONG WITH YOU?!!BUILD A ****ING MONUMENTAL BODY UNTIL YOU FIND A NEW JOB!!!!!!!!
