What the fvck did you do?! Honestly, I'd say there's no coming back from this. You may want to be careful too. The boyfriend probably won't cause any trouble since he's just trying to intimidate you, but the girl could call the cops on harassment claims.

You can't win , you messed up bad talking her bf/ex. If you were better , she should be the one to see it ..you can't force feed it to her. Just block/delete and forget it happened.
