How To Use Deca As A Cutter?

I've seen a couple of articles saying that Deca can be used as a cutter or bulker. Can anyone throw me some info on how to use it as a cutter, diet etc. I do cardio with my workout.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Don't do deca or straight test.

There is a reason it is banned. Any unused portion all turns to estrogen anyway and makes you put on fat and water.

Cardio and lifting don't go together. Do lifts with compound movements to get your heartrate up instead. For example, bent over barbell rows instead of seated cable pulls and take your squats past completion by going on your toes for a calf raise. Lift 3 days and run your azz off 3 days. Shed calories from your diet a few hundred per week (NO MORE) by losing the carbs. ZERO carbs on your last meal of the day and until bed. Take a fat supplement to make sure your restricted diet doesn't leave you short of EFA, I like cod liver oil better than flax. And be patient, it takes several weeks even for naturally skinny, high metabolism, pencil neck hardgainers.

However, that is a NATURAL cutting guide.

Deca doesn't do shyt for cutting by itself. The fact that you are even asking this question on this forum tells me you should definitely NOT be fukkin' with that stuff.

DIESEL is correct. Do not play around with steroids if you don't understand EXACTLY what you're doing. Even d-bol, which has considerably less side effects than others is still dangerous if use incorrectly.

If you want to use gear, expend all natural resources first (read: eating right and lifting hardcore) before doing so.

This really isn't the forum to find out about steroid use. Find a more suitable forum for such advice. Steroidology, Elite Fitness, or the T-mag steroid forum to name but three off the top of my head. There are many others too.

I should point out that side effects and hormonal supression from deca are progesterone induced rather than estrogenic. A deca only cycle would be a poor choice but a test only cycle certainly wouldn't be assuming appropriate anicilliaries were also used. I will refrain from going into more detail as, has already been stated, by even asking such a question on this forum you clearly have done zero meaningful research and are no where near the point where you should be using.

"Cutting" is first and foremost a matter of diet whether on gear or not.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
