NOOBish question here, but after taking Avena Sativa capsules for a while and enjoying the results, i decided to switch over to the raw powder (ordered from Beyond a Century).
Only question is, how am I supposed to take it? They provide a little scoop, but the flavor is awful and it gets stuck to my teeth. Mixing it with water doesn't help much. I suppose I should mix it into my protein shakes? Is there another way?
