"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hi guys I've been thinking about ghosting this girl I've been seeing became exclusive yesterday 2 days ago etc: chit just ain't gonna work out and I don't like how this is going, betrayal of trust so early on etc: now I've decided to go with the ghost tactic as there isn't room for working chit out, please come back etc: I don't want it anymore my interested has died. Ok so how do I do it exactly? We are friends on facebook and she has my cell phone number. Look forward to some strategies.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I thought ghosting was simple.. You simply stop complete communication.
It is...except when you are a troll with over the top fabrications...who goes exclusive with some girl he has been puppy dog over for months and then "ghosts" her 2 days later? Who "ghosts" anyone they have been in a relationship with? OP, take your skirt off, put your purse down, grab your balls back and sit her down and tell her its not working out. Ghosting is weak. But I guess it works for trololololololol's

@marmel75 put yourself in my shoes. I can't stand her family. Her friends are liars and cheaters we had a argument and she gives her number to a beta white knight. So he can listen to her problems. After she told me no male friends. Already a breach of trust. I can't sit her down and talk about it. Ok so what do I do if I can't do That?

Ghosting is so chicken chit. Just ****ing tell her your done then BE DONE WITH IT.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Sounds like you gave in to her exclusivity demands. Next time tell her you arent ready to be exclusive, do not fear her, so you won’t be posting threads like this. Good Luck.

Simple. You say "This is not working out for me. Wish you all the best but I think its best if we dont see each other anymore."

Thanks at marmel and rickthetoad. This is doesn't make me a bad person does it?
Does it matter? I used to tell the lady why or I just wasn't feeling it. One did a rant on FB the other cursed me out... After one or two dates. Yes, it would be nicer to just call her or meet in public (if this was a few month long relationship), but people don't do that anymore. Some text, few call, but most just ghost and block.

If you want to feel better, but it's a waste of time, you can text her, you're a really great lady/girl/biatch/whatever, but I am not feeling the chemistry. I wish you well and I am sure you'll find what you're looking for.

However, again, just remember, no good deed goes unpunished.
