So I've been gone from the dating scene for awhile. I used to meet a lot of women off of Myspace back in the day. I do miss how easy and covert Myspace dating was. You could search location, and specifications on what girl you are seeking. No other app has ever come close to Myspace dating from my experience. How are you all meeting women nowadays? Instragram? Tinder? POF? Or what is good?

People swear by instagram. I wouldn't know. In my honest opinion, nothing was easier than myspace, (hell even Xanga!), except perhaps the original okcupid or POF. Most of what I did was inner circle and cold approach. I also did the 'nono' thing and dated/hooked up with coworkers often.
I'd say now that cold approach wins. I just have a few things I enjoy that can be done in public and it's relatively easy to ask someone to come along when I'm going to do one. A few of my military buddies swear up and down that 'fetlife' is the way to go. I've only used it once to get with a few ladies and wished I hadn't. Still an experience though! I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than fwb.
BTW, tinder and pof are both trash.

Its been 2years since I was dating random women. It was pretty much Hinge and Bumble for me. POF turned into garbage a long time ago, Tinder isn't far behind. I did talk to a few on facebook dating. My best success happened in bars from dancing and going to concerts.

"Awhile" indeed... As to your question:
You can meet women pretty much anywhere. Obviously, the quality of one's potential acquisitions increases sharply, once you move beyond dive bars and the DMV waiting room, get into activities like yoga, ballroom dancing, art history, etc etc
