Hello everyone,

I'm in a bit of a dilema. There is a guy in the local pub who seems very aggressive , but I get on okay with. He wants to us to go drinking together tonight but I feel that he will gets us into a fight.
But when I said I may not go he begs me to go. My gut feeling is to make an excuse, on the other hand he attracts the women because he is very in your face. He has a girlfriend so why he wants to go drinking with me is a mystery

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I don't think there's anything wrong with a "guys night-out" if his gf is cool with it. Just as I'm sure his gf likes spending time once in a while with her girlfriends.
However, if you don't wanna hang-out with this guy,
you are not obligated to.

You don't have to give a reason. If you don't want to go drinking with this guy then don't.
