Im talking about the inner lower part on the back, is it core related so hyper extension/ dead lift ecc or more lat related?

I mean that part right under his traps running parallel to his backbone both sides from midback to waist.

Deadlifts, chins and bent-over rows are all you need for full back development.

Cleans and snatches are both excellent exercises, but they're advanced lifts that I wouldn't recommend without expert instruction.

You need to do core work to strengthen that up. The 'look' is going to be largely determined by diet.

The rest will be taken care of by the big exercises.
