How to get rid of scarring on my face?

Hey guys, ive had pimple scars on my face for years, and quite frankly its destroying my confidence. It literally looks like mud has been sprayed on my face.

I want to get rid of them are ther any suggestions?

Also the type of scarring is hyperpigmentation, it occurs in caucasians and dark skinned people.

Any help would be appriciated.

Also i have seen the dermatologist for years and they say they cant use lasers or anything else because of my skin color.

I use some kind of cream, but it doesnt work - I have been using it for about 4 years and the darkness of the spots/scars have come down maybe 10 - 20%.

I had the same problem.

There are some soaps that heals scars left by pimples and that kind of stuff.

Also try some clay masks.

I can't exactly tell you which product you should use because I'm from Costa Rica and they probably won't be available near your place.

Remember to keep hidrated and eat well, too. Doing exercise helps too. It's good to sweat.

You forgot to mention, are they red, flat scars, or indented scars?

My scarring is generally flat dark brown scars. It really contrasts against my olive complexion.

Those generally take a while to disappear. Exfoliate to make them leave quicker, since they leave when dead skin leaves.
