How many times should I call...

Last wednesday (18th) was the last day of school for me. I took this opportunity to get this cute girl's number. I had some small talk with her in class but picked up from her body language that she was digging me. Now the day I got her number I also won some tickets to a comedy club in the city (NYC) so I told her I'd call her to make arrangements so we can meet up. I called her yesterday (monday 23rd) because I went to a bar in the city on friday and caught a cold which prevented me from talking to her earlier. My question is that Im not sure how long to wait for her to call me back, and if she doesn't should I call her back. I don't want to seem desperate but I also don't want to lack persistance. Any advice?

Thats a good call, I have another girl on back up that I wanted to shoot pool with [and there happens to be a stripclub next door incase she's feeling adventurest ] but you think best bet is to just nix this girl if she doesn't call me? I just want to make sure shes not testing me to see if im intrested or not.
I must say that regaurdless, I am enjoy the learning experiance.
