"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

how many of you will be excited and enjoying yourself on valentines day.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Me

Yo man, screw Valentine's day. It's like the ultimate AFC holiday, celebrating the blatantly false and painfully misleading misconceptions our society has about love. Plus it encourages card, flower and chocolate-giving, sappy poetry, and general worship of women who, as they take craps just like us men, I can fairly say don't deserve such adulation.

In case you couldn't tell, I don't have a date. :D But I'm going to enjoy V-day more than ever before.

Eh, it's just another day. I'll send an e-card to somebody demanding she send me flowers and cook me a steak or something (or call her a fat xxxxxx, that works too).

Even if I had a girlfriend I wouldn't pay much attention to vday.

Why not...

I'll be seeing my chick on V-day, and i DID get her a gift.... if i run into a day that is dedicated to love, then why not:rolleyes: I'll act like i always do (the greatest lover the world has ever seen:cool: ), but i'll throw in a little gift to show that i "care":D

I agree that V-day IS over-rated, but i guess it wont hurt to do something "extra" special on that day;)

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

If you guys are only going to be happy because you will have a girl on valentines day then you should shoot yourself, what have we been reading in the bible? Dont make the girl the centre of our live, have other HOBBIES that will make you happy? So? If you dont have a girl on valentines day? BIG DEAL! Go meet one and if you dont enjoy the hobbies you do...

Exactly where I want to be.
Yeah...I'll enjoy it. Found a lady

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
