“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I workout most of my upper body about 2-3 times a week. I usually wait at least two days or so for the muscles to rebuild. Should I wait more than that?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Depends. If you're after just general fitness and stuff you seem fine. If you want to grow muscle then you'd be better off with a different split..

work other stuff. give each muscle group four or five days to recover, but you can work other groups in the meantime

my schedule looks like:

mon- back, neck/traps, legs
tue-off
wed-chest, tricep
thu-shoulder, bicep
fri-off
sat-legs, abs
sun-off, or maybe work tri and bi

smaller muscles (like bicep, abs, and tricep) heal faster than the big ones (like chest and lower back), which take a few more days to recover.
so you can work small muscles twice a week. i only work big muscles once a week

How long have you been lifting weights? When you just start you have the ability to recover quickly so what your doing right now is okay. Begginers gains rock, take advantage of them.

However, eventually you are going to have to start hitting the muscle group more intensely and less often to ensure you dont over train.

I've been doing this routine for 6 months or so. Is it time to change?

I've noticed some good results so far and I'm not even taking one of those protein powders or anything. I just be sure to eat a lot of protein after my workout.
