I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Hello, I'm Mike and I've decided to start building up. I'm 5'9 and weigh 194 LBs my goal is to get down to about 150 LBs; I'm also aiming towards building my abs and muscles in the process. Since I'm not one of those guys who has alot of time to go the gym and I don't have a car yet, I'm looking for excercises that you can do inside, like sit-ups, pushups, that sort of thing. Basically, I'm looking for recommendations on exercises that I can do inside, that will me build up my abs and build up my muscles, something I also want to know is, how long should it take for a guy like me, to achieve my goal, if I'm working out everyday? Also, what tips can you guys give me for reaching my goal of 150? Thanks.

i think that you could start off by changing your diet unless you look like a bodybuilder, as for workouts ask the other experts

doing ab exercises will not get rid of that spare tire.

you need to burn more energy then you eat.

to lower your weight you should be doing running + a healthy diet.

doing a weight program/push ups/sit ups etc. will help, and are most definently worthwhile doing.

around the home? you'll really need to buy urself a weights bench. + barbell/dumb bells + weights.

but start running/swimming/cycling.
