“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

thats my question,

I have heard it takes the muscle to recover roughly 24 hours 48 hours and or 72 hours, so i just want a specific answer.

Thanks guys.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

there is no specific answer. it depends on load, volume, and intensity of workouts. not to mention the muscle(s) involved. some others here can give you good guidelines.

It takes muscles 42 hours, 37minutes, and 23 seconds to recover. If you don't wait that long..... You will explode!

There are to many variables including genetics, diet, routine, type of exercise, intensity, lifestyle, mood, etc. to give you a number. Go by how you feel. light cardio (even walking) on days off will help reduce recovery times by increasing blood flow to the injured area. Keep up your protein intake and make sure to get lots of sleep!

usage varies but I mean

load = amount of weight
volume = # reps & sets
intensity = how little downtime you leave between sets

for example, I advocate relatively low volume, high load, and moderate intensity workouts, because they work for me and big guys I know.

I actually use load and intensity interchangeably.. but then again, my between-set downtime is totally dependent on the day so I don't use intensity like that. :)

exactly...when I say moderate intensity, all i mean is be out of there within the hour, and I just can't see the benefit of HIT (not to be confused with HIIT, which I can see a benefit for, esp. if you like exercising so hard that it makes you want to throw up).

Find out for yourself. Life a weight where you max out 5-7 reps. Try again in two days, see if you can reach the same number or more. Then repeat, but add another day of rest.

Personally, a muscles is back to 100-110% after 2-3 days of rest.
