I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Sup, i got a question. How do some people not gain a lot fat, but gain a lot of muscle? I have some friends who are big/buff and they still have their six pack. I asked them if they "clean bulked", and they were like "wtf is that". They just told me they eat, more than is necessary of course, and lift weights. They said they don't do any cardio except, if they are doing a sport or something. Can this be just genetics or what?

THANKS

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

yeah unless you have the same genetics as them its going to be super tough, clean bulking is mainly eating a large surplus of clean calories daily. alot of chicken alot of brown rice and vegetables and clean carbs, wheat bread, buckwheat noodles, cottage cheese

How many lbs per year are we talking about? If you mean 25-30 lbs on the FIRST year, it's not that big of a deal.

you can gain 25-30 lbs easy even if your gentics arent amazing, you just have to eat ALOT, by alot I mean eat until you are about to puke and wait 30 mins and eat more but as far as gaining 25-30 lbs of solid lean muscle mass, you better go to buy some good gear becuase you wont be able to do it clean
