No, doing high intensity cardio such as sprint intervals is much better since it burns a helluva alot more calories.

Depends who you are. An obese person who has never exercised before would be foolish to start their exercise regime with HIIT. They would probably suffer a heart attack! Walking is in fact excellent exercise and a perfectly good way to start physical activity. If it causes someone to expend more energy (calories) than they take in then they will lose weight. Most guys on here though are probably fairly young and in reasonable shape so more intense activity is required. HIIT is an excellent way to go but dont make the mistake of thinking it is the only way to lose adipose tissue - unless of course you hang on every word of Bill Phillips.

jogging is OK
brisk walking is good...
running is better...

diet control+daily exercise+proper sleep= weight Loss...

diet control
1. ok avoid oily food...
2. drink lots of water(5 ltrs a day, i know it's too much but that's the way to go...)
3. eat 6 small meals a day in place of 3 big one

daily exercise
1. cardio at least of 20 minutes..
2 3-4 times a week
3. always start with Ok intensity, then gradually increasing up
4. do cardio empty stomach...

proper sleep
do i need to explain??
