“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

No, doing high intensity cardio such as sprint intervals is much better since it burns a helluva alot more calories.

Depends who you are. An obese person who has never exercised before would be foolish to start their exercise regime with HIIT. They would probably suffer a heart attack! Walking is in fact excellent exercise and a perfectly good way to start physical activity. If it causes someone to expend more energy (calories) than they take in then they will lose weight. Most guys on here though are probably fairly young and in reasonable shape so more intense activity is required. HIIT is an excellent way to go but dont make the mistake of thinking it is the only way to lose adipose tissue - unless of course you hang on every word of Bill Phillips.
