"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

She texted me:

her: "What are you doing right now?"
me: "Fun stuff of course"
her: "I'm really upset right now. Me and my sis and my mom just got in a big fight"

I called... she didn't pick up. She said she was too upset to talk on the phone. I msg'd her online and she says:

her (10:03:37 PM): come run me over with your car please
her (10:03:40 PM): no i doo
her (10:03:46 PM): i'm not even kidding
me (10:04:04 PM): What's the argument about?
her (10:04:21 PM): my mom not letting me do ANYTHING
her (10:04:47 PM): today she wouldn't even let me drive to mcdonalds
her (10:05:02 PM): and i wanted to spend the night pver heathers .. but could i? NO
me (10:05:11 PM): did you get your grades up? why is she limiting you?
her (10:05:21 PM): i don't know
her (10:05:33 PM): because i'm a "failure at life
her (10:05:36 PM): '"
me (10:06:08 PM): she shouldn't say that to you... you need to explain to her how that makes you feel
me (10:06:42 PM): well report cards came.. did you do good?
her (10:10:53 PM): i didn't do that bad
her (10:11:02 PM): i don't even care about anything anymore
her (10:18:23 PM): what are you doing right now
me (10:18:54 PM): nothing too important.
her (10:19:24 PM): i wish you could come over
her (10:19:31 PM): would you be allowed do you think
me (10:19:56 PM): i'll ask.
her (10:22:07 PM): okay, thanks so much, it would mean alot to me
me (10:24:14 PM): She's said "i'm going to bed.. i'm not letting you out when i'm asleep"
me (10:24:33 PM): I tried begging and it just pissed her off.
her (10:24:35 PM): okay
her (10:24:44 PM): thankss tho..

I didn't know how to handle this situation... Should i have gone out of the way to see her?

lol how old are you guys, 16?

To me nothing is more un-attractive than a girl who spills all of her problems on me. Major turn-off.

So shes crying because her mum wouldn't let her go to McDonalds.

Do you realise how stupid that sentence sounds?

Get a girl who's a bit more mature, for your own sake.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Damn boy! you got a drama queen on your hands, unless she was ridiculuously hot i would just leave her on the side and not worry about it. Or keep your pimp hand strong in case you need it ;) Just kidding

yea.. highschool forums, "OMG MY LIFE IS FUKIN OVER I CANT GO TO MCDONALDS AND GET S SHAKE!!!!!!! OH GOD MY LIFE IS OVER "... jesus christ

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

strange.. my gf started crying on the phone tonight. I just said, "I don't understand why you are crying?"

She was afraid that i was going to break up with her because I told her that I didn't feel like doing anything with her tonight. I just wanted to relax at home and be lazy. She started to cry because she wouldn't get another chance to see me for a few days. oh well that is her problem i guess.

this girl isnt even your girlfriend. tell her to stop calling you and tell that one friend that she went to germany with to come over.

Where is her friend now? I bet when this is all said and done she is going to be having fun with that other girl and not you.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I agree with syemour.

She ****en deserves the shi-t she got from her mother. You should of told her off as well. I mean what did she expect ? She most likely f-ucked around at school all year.

I would of said something like, "well grades don't matter to me because I'm looking for a housewife" :)

I agree. I have loads of drama queen friends and that's how I usually respond to them.
