The thing is, the lack of sex isn't the problem. You will eventually have sex with a girl. Its approaching relationships in this viewpoint of getting what you want or storming off. It ruins trust and hurries an otherwise natural progression.
People seem to believe its possible to get consistent, enjoyable sex outside of a relationship. A relationship, so the thinking goes, is just one way of two people coming together. It also happens, according to internet legend, that two people might just come together in a trustless, semi-meaningless, random fvck-session. Learning a set of skills from the internet helps you be king of these trustless fvck-trysts, so the legend has it.
This exists in men's minds but not in actual fact. People talk about wanting to be in a relationship or not wanting to be in a relationship, wanting to be a boyfriend or just dating, but the truth is you will barely ever get consistent pvssy outside of a relationship.
To a very large extent you don't have a choice: saying you want sex outside a relationship is like saying you won't do any work but you'll collect the paycheck.

You know, being chivalrous towards women does NOT have a lower success rate than cold approach + DJ aloofness (which is ~5-10%). It actually has a much higher success rate in my opinion (I'd say ~25-30%). Its just the anger and pain from one missed girl drives men so hard that they give up on it and turn to these methods.
But Chivalry has an added bonus: the dude didn't have to fake himself out that he doesn't care about it, so when he gets the candy, he's able to really enjoy it. I totally disagree with that about stray lays (good term, that.) The thing with that is, you have to have tons of women on the stringer. If there are enough, you have good odds that one or more of them are going to be DTF with more or less coaxing at any given time. I've gone years between relationships and in fact I've had relatively few relationships altogether, but there are always women who are looking to screw.
That said, you have to work to keep your little black book healthy. Personally I always thought that was much less work and bull**** than relationships but everybody's experience is different.
