"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Sometimes, even though I try not to, I think about times in the past when I've been bullied and/or laughed at. Whenever I think of these times it makes me feel angry and inadequate. Have any of you had similar experiences? If so, how have you dealt with it? Thanks.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

What do you mean I haven't changed? Being a bully yourself you don't even know about my situation, i acutally have changed and when people try to bully me these days i don't let them mess with me. Don't get me wrong I appreciate when people give me advice but all you're doing is insulting me more and saying "get self respect" which i already have. Im just saying i feel embarassed when i think about those experiences in the past, why does that mean i'm the same as i was back then?

Because your still ****ing crying about it. What is in the past is in the past, you should focus on the future.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

You got a point taiwan... people come here and give some bull **** answer or insult, just to bost their post count or whatever.

Anyways, I don't even think about the past. I mean it probably would bring anyone down. Live in the moment. If you start to think about the past, then try to think of something else quick. Get your mind off it.

Or

You can put it this way. YOU SHOULD BE GLAD AT LOOKING AT YOUR PAST. Why? Because you see how much you've accomplished by getting to where you are. Just laugh it off. They were making fun of you back then, BUT WHOS GETTING THE LADIES?   You should be laughing at them.

Dale Carnegie says to live in day tight compartments, u no like if the titanic had been built with compartement it wouldn;t have sunk. The past should always be kept in mind, so u don;t make the same dumb mistakes, but it can;t own u. Zen Buddhism has a lot about living in the moment check out a book on that. Work on thinking positively, Realize your past doesn;t equal your future. Only your present = your future. BTW i used to get picked on all the time, and i still do in my AE class ya no, but these are really small ppl and jerks. Why let the jerks win? Then ur letting them own ur life. Good luck bro

if you have totally had enough of it , then when you have a bad memory about it say the following to yourself...

"FEK THOSE FEKKING FEKKERS!"

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
