How do i blow off a girl without being mean?

The story is, i met her a few days ago. few days later she adds me on facebook. A day later she said it was cool to meet me and wants go hang out cuz i live close by.

I can't just blow her off cuz i see her all the time in the dinning commons.

Im thinking of saying, 'yeah, we should hang out sometime', then acting like it never happened. I mean, girls are not pushy when they approach, right?
 

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

That's fine. You can ask a girl out,never mention it again and make her think,"What just happened?". Its not bad as I'm testing this theory out with good results so far.
