**** dude. I used to not have a gf. There was a period where I barely had any friends (if you look at it through your perspective). I couldn't make new friends no matter how hard i tried (Not that I fvcking tried hard). I though I was ugly as **** (And I was always 5kg lighter than everyone due to chemo). I was DEFINATELY not strong or funny. I would say stupid things with my girly -pitched voice! I would cry in bed for weeks over this one girl. I was always bored apart from when I played games, stressed in social situations. I didn't really think much of people.
One thing is that the above wasn't fvcking true (it was only from my negative perspective!), another is that I CHANGED!
Now I've had a GF, and countless of girls. I have sooo many friends (yet very few close ones). I consider myself handsome (Take this from a guy with fvcked up teeth from chemo). I am strong (I started gymming consistently and fixed my diet and gained 15kg, then lost 7). I'm hilarious, I just am. I still say stupid sh1t, but not in a negative context. The girls I like usually likes me. I'm almost never stressed and bored (apart from when something happens that I can't control, I hate that). I love people, people are amazing.
It's all about perspective. Right now your references give you a negative view of the world. Until now, like most people, you are a product of your environment. YOU CAN CHANGE. I'm not gonna give you a step by step guide to improve yourself; just change your approach and make new empowering habits. You really are a product of your habits. Please read and watch the above, and please do the exercises, and please realize that there is no better time than now.
