I'm hittin up 17.75 inches, I weigh 255 lbs, at 16% bodyfat, so I estimate 17.5 inches total.

By the way...You can't measure bicep size, cuz the upper arm consists of other muscles such as the triceps. These measuremetns are cold, so I guess i'm sportin 19s when pumped.

13 unflexed, 15 flexed, after a arm workout I'm close to a 15.5. At just under 155lbs.
And yeah..you can't 'just' measure your bicep. But most people refer to it as a 'bicep' measurement, despite the fact the tricep is much bigger. Similiarly, it's a 'chest' measurement not a 'chest plus back' or 'torso' measurement.

Arms are over rated, I say having a big back and some huge legs is much more impressive then having big arms, and the most pathetic thing is that the guys who really really want the big arms tend to train them every day and over train them causing no growth and sometimes negative growth.
