"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Horrible coincidence. Am I concerned over nothing?

I seen the pickup artist on VH1 yesterday and to my surprise our mystery dude sports the same exact style I've had for the past few years. My success with ALL types of women has been phenomenal ever since this change. His style of dress is strikingly similiar to mine especially with the hair and the eye liner but my game is somewhat different from his. The problem is that the nature of this show is about picking up women and considering that I happen to look like this guy in a way I don't know if it would hurt my game in the sense that I'm likely to be accused if copying someone elses look and game just to try and get women. I'm not looking forward to any major changes in my appearance because I feel more like "myself". Any suggestions?

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

So..tell them that it's your style and Mystery is copying YOU.

Haven't seen the show, but too much exposure for the stuff we learn here can't be good.

And yeah, I see your point. Being mistaken for having using th same look as the guy on tv, can't be good either. Telling them he stole YOUR look can possibly only make you look like a lame-o.

Yeah, and how well do you do on the field, Mr Oh-so-manly?

Eyeliner can be hot if it's pulled off right. It's a fine art, though. Do it wrong and a guy will just end up looking like an emo or a panda.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
