there must be a website with exercises you can do with your own body does anyone know such a website?

(and I'm not talking about m4sturb4tion exercises)

there are literally over a million such websites. search for "bodyweight exercises" but be aware that you'll need some way to add weight beyond your body weight to add significant muscle. there are lots of ways to do this on the cheap.

All you need for a very good workout are two things:

- a simple set of dumbbells with weights that you can take off. Look up ebay for cheap ones.
- A chinup bar (or a tree or a playground etc. Chinups are crucial)

With that set you can perform dozen of exercises. The best are chinups, pushups, squads.
