I read over and over about how you want to change your life and you're starting by reading these forums. That's great and everything, but nothing works better than DOING. Instead of sitting there reading, go out. Doesn't matter if you plan on sarging. You should though but that's besides the point.
And if you're starting at ground zero (no friends, no social life). Get an excuse to get out of the house.(Go grocery shopping, play bball at the local court, whatever)
