I am in a summer school called Exeter. Here I have lost a lot of my shyness with girls but I still do not feel confident enough. Sometimes my mind goes blank and I do not know what to say. I want to make out with a girl for first time here. If anyone could give some links or tips on conversation kino, etc. I would appreciate it.

When I approach I'm very quick in how I operate. I give a time constraint, let her know I'm sexually interested, find out her name, and ask for her number. Use that to set up a date, preferably at your place, then proceed to escalate as far as you can.

To be funny - watch stand up comedy shows. Preferably a comedian who's similar to your sense of humor
To be sexual/confident - watch james bond movies or ocean 11 movies. Pay attention to the leading men. Watch their eye contact and how focused it is and what how bold they are and how they stand by what they say. Be proud and say what's on your mind.

^^^alxrose is right, humans learn from observation, but rather than watching fictional content, learn from real life. Look to guys in your life that are well respected by those around them, and see how they are open, direct and sincere.
Do not model your behavior on fictional characters or even videos of pick-up artists (those videos are often edited to the artist's benefit). If you want things to watch on youtube, I like KassemG's uncut interviews, they show rapport building and sexual teasing. Sashapua also has some good pick up videos, you can tell because he doesnt edit out his rejections.
