"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

feeling a tingle in my throat, potential sore throat/flu/cold coming on...any advice on how to keep this sucker at bay. I've been gargling salt water, and strict on my diet, but i'd appreciate some more advice. The last thing i want is to get sick and have to take time off from my training.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Don't drink OJ, especially if you intend to megadose it.

It's loaded with sugars and other bad boys.(corn starch, syrup, etc)

Buy a tub of Vitamin C tablets, or have an actual orange.

Yea, you gotta get a lot of vitamin c. Actually, whenever I had a sore throat, orange juice usually makes it more irritated. That might just be me though.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I second the cayenne pepper with apple cider vinegar. Works really well.
I'm actually using it right now since coincidentally I felt a sore throat coming on about the same time I first saw this thread.

The pain goes away for a good long time then i mix up another small batch and sip on it for a while. It works near instantly.

I've always been susceptible to sore throats. Had strep throat once or twice a year as a kid. I haven't had that in a long while, but i still get sore throats almost exclusively.. they're just about the only illness I ever get. Cough drops are complete crap compared to the cayenne pepper.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Cayenne took the pain away and my sore throat had completely gone by the next morning.

I posted a link. If you're too lazy to read what's hand fed to you, then you can suffer and I'm not going to chew it for you too.

My Ex SWEARS that the best thing for a sore throat is to give a BJ and swallow.

Probably not an option for you (I hope) but next time your girl gets one tell her to try it out.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
